- 1 ½ pounds ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped

- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
Directions
1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with onion and garlic until the beef is browned and the onion is tender. Drain any excess fat.
2. Place half of the chopped cabbage in the bottom of your slow cooker.
3. Spoon the cooked beef mixture over the cabbage.
4. Sprinkle the uncooked rice evenly over the beef layer.
5. Add the remaining cabbage on top.
6. In a bowl, stir together the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, salt, pepper, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth.
7. Pour the tomato mixture evenly over the layers in the slow cooker.
8. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours, or until the cabbage and rice are tender.
9. Stir gently before serving to combine all the layers.
